Your home away from home gives you exclusive access to the whole cottage designed to allow you to live as a local. Visit the entire area from a central location. Enjoy walks and gastro pubs, quaint villages and peaceful English countryside. Access to Chipping Norton, Stow, Oxford, Burford and Woodstock is easy.

We have an eco-fire to keep you cosy and warm during winter stays with heaters in every room.

Staying here also allows you access to the large open garden at the front and a private terrace for barbecues (supplied) and al fresco dining.

As a self-catering getaway, you'll find everything you need and more for a perfect trip.

The kitchen has everything you might expect, a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee pot and Nespresso machine, a large freezer (located in the store) and a microwave.

The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a large flat screen television, broadband access, an XBox360 for the kids, Netflix streaming access with NOWTV, board games and music players.

This house has 2 very swish bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 2 adults and 2 children in separate spaces.

In the first bedroom, you will find a king sized bed with high quality linen and a hotel room feel. Quality carpets and furnishings to enjoy and to help you feel at home.

The second bedroom has 2 single beds and lovely countryside views.

There is a bathroom, with shower.

Great linen, fluffy towels, essential toiletries, a hair dryer and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am. Please contact us at least 48 hours before your arrival for the 4 digit check-in code.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are on-site parking facilities available at the property, right next to the front gate or back door.
- A washing machine and dryer is included for your use.
- One small dog is welcome downstairs at the property
