This stunning conversion is situated in the heart of the Cotswolds, perfect for a quiet, peaceful getaway surrounded by countryside walks in this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.



The property is equipped to a very high standard and each bedroom has an en-suite.



The original stained glass windows and beams fill the rooms with character and light.



Estelle Manor is right on your doorstep and Blenheim Palace and countless perfect Cotswolds pubs are only a few minutes away.



The Space:

This beautifully decorated property can comfortably host up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms.



BEDROOMS 🛏️



Bedroom 1 is on the ground floor up two single steps.

[We are in the process of having a ramp fitted for wheelchair users so please ask about that if you need it). It has a UK King sized bed (150cm x 200cm mattress), an enormous walk in wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet.



Bedroom 2 is on the upper floor. It can either be set up as a UK SuperKing sized bed (180cm x 190cm mattress) or as 2 separate UK Single beds (each mattress is 90cm x 190cm). It has a large wardrobe space, a desk and an ensuite bathroom with shower, bath and toilet.



Bedroom 3 is also on the upper floor. It has a UK Queen sized bed (160cm x 200cm mattress) with large wardrobe space, a desk and an ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet.



You have the option to have another 2 airbeds (each is 190cm long x 90cm wide x 46cm tall) that inflate to the same height as a normal bed. Please request the airbeds when you book so we can set them up for you 😃



KITCHEN 🍽️



There is a large kitchen with a Smeg oven, AEG hob as well as dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee machine and Quooker tap.



LIVING AREA 🛋️



The living area is in a beautiful, double height room with the original beams and stained glass windows. A bright airy space to relax in with a SMART tv.



OTHER



There is also a dedicated boot room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Sustainable air source heating is supported by a wood fibre insulation system, finished in lime plaster. The result is an airtight, breathable structure, for low-carbon living.
