Nordsee wie erwartet

Unterkunft für 5 Erwachsene mit kleinen Kindern (2 Kinderbetten) gut geeignet. Leider zu weit - 2 Kilometer - vom Meer entfernt. Strand für Kleinkinder ungeeignet. Bäder der Unterkunft nicht mehr zeitgemäß.

Aufenthalt in toller Umgebung passend für Familien mit Kindern

Die Ferienwohnung bietet viel Platz und ist mit allem ausgestattet was das Herz begehrt. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind der schöne große Garten der Grillmöglichkeit, Schaukel für Kinder etc. bietet. Weiteres spezielles Feature ist die Tatsache, dass es zwei separate Küchenzeilen gibt, die es größeren Familien erlaubt parallel Mahlzeiten zubereiten. Es gibt auch 2 Fernsehecken. Für uns ist das praktisch mit 2 Kindern plus Großmutter, man steht sich nicht dauernd auf den Füssen rum und es gibt entsprechende Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Die Umgebung ist wirklich ein sehr hübsches Wohngebiet, der Edeka Markt sowie ein Tankstelle sind fußläufig erreichbar. Es gibt auch eine wirkliche SEHR gute Auswahl an Brettspielen und Kinderbüchern (inklusive Leseanfänger) d.h. man kann einfach alles zuhause lassen. Volle Punktzahl erhält auch die zuständige Agentur, die sich um unterschiedliche Belänge während unseres Aufenthalt gekümmert hat. Folgende Punkte würde ich zur Verbesserung anregen: Für die Sommermonate sollten Ventilatoren mit in die Grundausstattung genommen werden. Ggf als "Upgrade" anbieten gegen Aufpreis, ich würde es dankend mit dazu buchen. Da man normalerweise sowas nicht mit sich rumfährt wäre es doch wesentlich hilfreicher als dreierlei Kaffeemaschinen zur Verfügung zu stellen. Ist einfach so, dass die Sommer immer heißer werden und da einige Zimmer eine leichte Dachschräge haben sich die obere Wohnung selbst bei tagsüber geschlossenen Fenstern doch recht stark aufheizt. Leider ist es mir nicht gelungen das hauseigene WiFi zu nutzen. Wird immer "falsches Passwort" angezeigt. Das Setup ist so dass im unteren Eingang eine Fritzbox und oben ein Repeater sind. Der Hinweis der Agentur ist einen Neustart beider Hardwareteile zu machen wurde befolgt und brachte auch keinen Durchbruch. Es gibt auch ein freies Netzwerk was als fallback benutzt werden kann. Allerdings ist es recht instabil und bringt nur sehr geringe Bandbreiten. Wünsche dem Nachmieter, dass er das Thema besser in Griff kriegt wie ich. Hier noch der Hinweis dass der hintere Wohnzimmerbereich durch eine kleine Stufe etwas abgesetzt ist. Das ist bei Familien mit kleineren Kinder oder Menschen die schlafwandeln sicher nicht ideal - stellte für uns aber kein Problem dar.

Nette Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Ein schönes Haus in ruhiger Wohnlage. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut für 5 Personen geeignet. Da wir zum Jahresübergang dort waren, haben wir den Garten nicht genutzt. Die Entfernung zum Museumshafen ist ca. 1,3 km und dauert zu Fuß ca. 15 Minuten.
