Preis/Leistung u. Sauberkeit passen nicht

Eine Wohnung, die preislich im besseren Mittelfeld angesiedelt ist, sollte auchvdementsprechend aufgestellt sein. Preis/Leistung leider nur ausreichend. Sauberkeit...Die in die Jahre gekommenen Balkonmöbel aus Kunstoff waren bereits bei Anreise voller Vogelkot - wir haben dann auf die Nutzung verzichtet. Nach unserem Eindruck wurde auch großzügig über Spinnen und Spinnweben hinweg gesehen. Die Badezimmermatte war voller Hundehaare und wurde von uns bei Ankunft zunächst gewaschen. Die ebenso haarigen Decken auf der Couch habe wir ungenutzt gelassen. Sicherheit...zwei der drei fehlenden Feiermelder lagen ohne Batterie neben dem Toaster in einen vollgekrümmelten Küchenschrank... Für meinen Eindruck ist dies mehr ein herzloses Investment-Objekt, als eine heimelige Ferienwohnung.

Immer eine Reise wert

Parkplatz vorhanden, WHG I'm 1 OG. Großes Wohnzimmer mit viel Licht, Terrasse ruhig gelegen, 2 Schlafzimmer, Kinderbett, Kinderstuhl vorhanden. Küche gut ausgestattet, Bad mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. WLAN. Apotheke u Netto direkt nebenan. Leider quietschen alle Türe beim öffnen/schließen. Einige Wände könnten einen neuen Anstrich gebrauchen.

Super Lage

Die Wohnung ist super modern in einer echt tollen Lage. Man ist in nicht mal 2 Minuten am Hafen und kann alles sehr gut per Fuß ablaufen. Das Bad hätte etwas sauber sein können aber der Rest der Wohnung hat dies wieder raus geholt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.
