Sehr hellhörig, relativ spartanisch eingerichtet

Lage gut, zentrumsnah am Ende einer ruhiger Sackgasse. Älteres Einfamilienhaus, das umgebaut wurde zu mehreren Ferienwohnungen. Wir hatten die Wohnung im Erdgeschoß gemietet, der andere Teil des Erdgeschosses scheint fest bewohnt zu sein. Aus Flur und Bad ist aus der Nachbarwohnung wirklich jedes Wort zu verstehen, wahrscheinlich wurde nur eine leichte Trennwand eingezogen. Beim Waschen oder Duschen muss man damit rechnen, dass die Wassertemperatur sich plötzlich ändert (wird plötzlich sehr heiß) wenn jemand in einer der anderen Wohnungen Wasser aufdreht. Ansonsten ist die Ausstattung ok, ist allerdings auch noch Luft nach oben. In der Küche ist nur das Nötigste vorhanden, das ein oder andere fehlte (z.B. eine Schere).Preis für unser Befinden zu hoch.
