Schöne Doppelhaushälfte in guter Lage

Haus ist etwas älter, aber schön ruhig gelegen. Ausreichend Platz, großer Küche, super ausgestattet, Terrasse mit viel Sonnenschein und Rosen ist sehr gemütlich. Leider waren viele Spinnweben im Haus und eine Tagesdecke auf dem Sofa wäre schöngewesen.

Lesen Sie und urteilen Sie selbst

Wir waren im September 2021 im Haus mit 2 Personen. Bei der Abholung des Schlüssels erhielten wir zwei Hausschlüssel und als Anhänger ein kleines Teil mit Tasten. In der Straße mußten wir etwas suchen, bis wir das Haus gefunden haben. Nein wir sind keine Anfänger, wir mieten schon seit 25 Jahren immer mal wieder ein Ferienhaus, und nicht nur in Europa. Die Umgebung des Hauses ist geprägt durch Einfamilienhäuser, die auch teilweise mietbar sind, und zwei kleinere Pensionen . Positive Überraschung: Das kleine Teil mit den Tasten ist eine Fernbedienung für die Garage im Souterrain. Sehr praktisch. Man kann nach einem Einkauf, oder auch sonst, direkt von der Garage das Haus betreten. Negative Überraschung: Angekündigt war, daß lediglich eine Klo-Rolle bei der Ankunft im Hause sei. Tatsächlich war es maximal eine viertel Rolle im Gäste-WC. Das sieht dann eher lieblos für den Gast aus. Für uns fehlten dann auch einige Küchenutensilien z.B, Kochlöffel. Müsli-Schüsseln sind da, mittlere oder etwa eine Auflaufform nicht. Besteck und Gläser sind reichlich vorhanden. Den Grill auf der Terrasse haben wir nicht benutzt. Die Betten sind ok. Im Souterrain stehen Waschmaschine und Trockner. WLAN Geschwindigkeit ist okay, der Fernseher entspricht den aktuellen Erwartungen (HD). Empfehlenswert sind natürlich Ausflüge auf die vorgelagerten Inseln Spiekeroog und Wangerooge. Wangermeer ist auch nett, oder Hands of Fame in Wittmund. Gegen die Überflüge der Jets der Bundeswehr ist man machtlos. Das betrifft aber weite Teile der Nordsee. Ach ja: Der nachbarliche Hausbesitzer mäht noch selbst, und das mit einem Benzinmäher. Das ist jetzt aber nur eine Feststellung kein Kriterium.

Das Haus ist für unsere Begriffe zu empfehlen ! Die Renovierung hat uns gut gefallen ! Reichlich Platz war uns sehr wichtig ! Relativ ruhige Lage ! Alles was man braucht war vorhanden ! Vielen Dank !

Schönes gepflegtes Anwesen, ruhig gelegen, sehr gute Anbindung für Ausflüge.

Haben die 8 Tage genossen in diesem Haus. Alles war vorhanden, bis auf eine Duschvorlage die wäre vielleicht noch angebracht ansonsten immer wieder gerne.
