Schlechteste FW seit Jahrzehnten!

Hallo Für sie zur Info: Bevor sie diese Wohnung erneut vermieten, sollten folgende Widrigkeiten behoben werden: akutes Ameisenproblem im EG Tür im OG/Gästezimmer muss befestigt werden - Unfallgefahr - ganz schlimm, wenn die Tür auf Kinder fallen würde Diese beiden Probleme hätten eigentlich durch die Reinigungsfirma auffallen und gemeldet werden müssen. Die Heizung ist offensichtlich durch eine Zeitschaltuhr gesteuert. Exakt um 7:43 Uhr springt die Heizungspumpe an und es kommt zu Strömungsgeräuschen. Das ist bei kalter Jahreszeit nicht ausreichend. Wir selbst saßen mit Jacke am Frühstückstisch. Werner Bläsius
