Comfortable beds, great location. Clean room, easy access. Nice rain shower and Australian products in bathroom. Simple check in/check out. Fantastic, friendly customer service. My teen son left his favourite hoodie behind and they called promptly when cleaning the room to say they had it for us to collect.

There are many good things about this place to like. The staff, amenities and onsite food was all great. But the room could benefit from some improvement and care. The room my family occupied was big enough for our family. But the aircon was too old and small for that size. We occupied the room on a 35+ degree day. The room felt like an oven at night. One of the bes sheets had blood stain on it. Assume some previous tenant's menstrual blood leak stain.
