City Lights on Avondale is a spacious four bedroom, two bathroom house with lovely views of Wodonga from the side garden. It features a generous master suite with king bed and ensuite, two queen bedrooms and a double bedroom over three levels. It also boasts an inviting slow combustion fire in the main lounge area (all wood is provided), a second sitting room with TV for the kids to spread out and enjoy their own space, a fully equipped kitchen and laundry, and a beautiful dining space



Central heating and cooling is available throughout the house, all linen and towels are provided as well as high speed wifi.The side garden and gorgeous views are the highlight of this lovely property so sit outside with your morning cuppa in the sunshine, or relax at dusk with a glass of wine and take in the Wodonga city lights.There is a double garage available to park vehicles but please note the driveway is quite steep!This property is not suitable for pets, many thanks for your understanding.I look forward to welcoming you to City Views on Avondale soon!

House needs some general maintenance done inside and outside. Cutlery was dirty had to clean before we could use them
