Catering for a large or extended family, the home boasts abundant space and light, with beautiful water views from the upstairs living area. The upstairs area contains 4 bedrooms, lounge area with a smart TV and 2 bathrooms.

The lower level contains an additional guest bedroom, bathroom and a large open plan kitchen with adjacent oversized dining room, leading to an outdoor entertaining area and luxury resort-style pool. There is also a large family/lounge room with Fetch TV.

The home is well positioned to the renowned Shellharbour Marina, Bass Point Reserve, Killalea Regional Park, Killalea (The Farm) Beach, Shellharbour North and South Beaches, the Links Golf Club, just to name a few.

Explore the surroundings through nearby coastal walks and cycleways. Enjoy the many eateries located at the Marina or in nearby beautiful Shellharbour Village.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please be mindful that noise outside the home is restricted between 10pm and 7am. Noise complaints may result in immediate cancellation of your stay.
Due to regular guest changeover, the gas bottle for the BBQ may not always be entirely full. You are free to re-fill or replace during your stay.
