10 Angel Lane - a stylish cottage in Woodbridge
Located in a quiet spot close to the heart of town, this charming holiday home is ideal for a relaxing weekend or break exploring the market town and Suffolk’s coast and countryside. Accommodation is spacious with a living room and kitchen/breakfast room on the ground floor, and steep stairs to the luxury bedroom with en-suite shower room.
LIVING ROOM
You’re welcomed into a charming living room with a sofa and chair by the wood burner for cosy evenings in front of the telly, and a desk at the other side of the room for those needing to do a spot of work or studying whilst on holiday. Shelves are stacked with games and books for you to choose from.
KITCHEN/BREAKFAST ROOM
This lovely light kitchen with its pamment flooring has everything you need to cater from home, or simply enjoy a take-away at the little table with its view of the garden. A stable door gives access to the split-level gravelled garden for al fresco dining.
Appliances include an electric oven with a four-ring gas hob and extractor, a fridge (4 shelves and veg drawer)/freezer (four drawers), a washing machine, a toaster and a kettle.
FIRST FLOOR SUITE
Steep carpeted stairs with an iron handrail, rise to the door which opens directly into the beautiful big bedroom where the super king-size bed takes pride of place between elegant bedside tables. There’s space for you to unpack and settle in with a built-in wardrobe and generous chest of drawers.
SHOWER ROOM
A chic en-suite where the double walk-in shower has a handheld shower attachment, and there’s a WC under the window, a wash basin with vanity unity, and a heated towel rail (towels will be provided).
OUTSIDE
When you’ve had enough of exploring Woodbridge and the surrounding countryside, return to relax in the large, gravelled garden which is fully enclosed and you can enjoy the sunshine at any time of the day, moving from the bistro-style table and chairs on the patio to the bench or chair sitting amongst the ornamental grasses. Angel Lane has unrestricted parking and there are car parks within easy walking distance if needed.
The stairs are steep so this quaint cottage isn't well suited to guests with a mobility issue.
