Communication and check in was easy! The property covered our basic needs. The outside needed some attention to the upkeep of the vegetation. The inside was clean, but lacked the feel of home. For example hand towels in the bathrooms would be preferred over paper towels and given the unseasonable hot weather ceiling fans in every bedroom would be appreciated. The pillows on the beds are way too firm in our opinion, but we found extra pillows but there were no linens to be found. We were prepared to follow a checkout list of the usual like putting all used towels in one location, removing bedsheets and placing in the middle of the bed, and taking out the trash, but surprisingly that was not required which was a pleasant surprise. There is so much potential for this property. Once we trimmed the overgrown bush we really enjoyed the patio and the view. A few touches and this would be the perfect property to rent, otherwise it was very clean, owner was super nice, and served our purpose. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your property!
