When we arrived we checked in fine. Byt wgrn we got to the room it was bit what i reserved. I reserved a 2 queen wheelchair accessible roon with sofa bed. The room we were assigned was 1 queen bed. This eas rented for 3 adults and 2 children. This was not acceptable. My husband went to the front desk and was told that they had no more of ylrge room that was reserved. So in essence they gave away my paid room!! He eas rild there was nothing that he could do. My husband explained that all of us could not sleep in that 1 room. The attendant then suggested another room on another floor for the other 3 people. Luckily my 2 kids are older, but i did bot ferl safe with them being on another floor. We did take the room and to get them settled. In the original room neither tv would work. No connection. Tried to call the front desk several times but no one ever picked up. Again my husband went to the front desk to tell them and was offered another room with working tv's. I husband went ti the room to see if they worked, but it was not a handicap accessible room. So we were bot able to move because they had no other one available. So no tv and no family time in the room. This was very disappointing. We were told we could talk to Mary the next morning. The next morning we asked to speak to Mary. Mary told us that she would investigate and give us a call. That was November 28th. Mary never called. I have called several times to speak to Mary and have still Dec.15th heard nothing. Refund!
