Olive Cottage, a beautiful Georgian holiday home, nestled in the market town of Wickham Market, offers a wonderful retreat for exploring Suffolk's coast and countryside. Enjoy local amenities and walks from your doorstep, with easy access to nearby towns such as Woodbridge and Framlingham and popular coastal spots such as Orford and Aldeburgh only a short drive away.

Ground floor:
Living room with smart TV, log burner, two sofas and a selection of books, games and DVDs.
Well-equipped kitchen with oven, gas hob, integrated fridge / freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and microwave.
Dining room with sound system and table and chairs for 4 people.
Downstairs WC with wash basin.

First floor:
Main bedroom with king size bed, bedside tables, built-in wardrobe and French doors that open out onto a small, decorative balcony.
Second bedroom with zip and link bed which can be made up as a twin or a king size with bedside tables and a built-in storage cupboard.
Family bathroom with walk-in shower, wash basin and heated towel rail.

Outside:
Enclosed, private garden with patio, outdoor furniture, Weber BBQ and BBQ utensils.

Beautiful Georgian terrace cottage with well proportioned rooms, high quality furniture, a well maintained and presented garden and excellent location just 3-5 minutes to the nearest pub or shop. No hesitation to return in the future.
