Staff - was sleeping at desk when I arrived, unhelpful when I advised the WiFi wasn’t working, I didn’t have WiFi my entire stay, and not very friendly, especially when I was confused about why I needed to pay a security deposit when I already paid for the room.

Room was clean and staff were friendly. No breakfast was served even though the website says complementary breakfast. The room next to us had a very strong weed smell. Also the room next to us had ongoing foot traffic through out the whole night. The guy was very loud and talking provocative to a female. Provocative things like virtual from here like. Pulling up to the property we saw 3 rooms taped off with caution tape and a police officer parked right next to them. Overall I would never go back with my family.

The only "complaint" I would have is that instead of a somewhat regular breakfast, the hotel offered coffee, orange juice and a plain protein bar. There was nowhere to sit and enjoy it. But otherwise it served my needs.

The overnight reception agent i think name is David needs extensive training in communication troubleshooting deductive reasoning and just basic customer service skills. I made a mistake when i booked a room for my uncle by selecting the wrong name on the app.

As previously stated property is under renovation to better assist customers regarding the customer service. Overall in spite of this process was still able and appreciate my stay and rest. Lumina front desk management is always very hospitable towards the guest and she is great.
