The heat didn’t work the Maintenance guy checked after couple of calls and when spoke to the guy in the reception he told us not sure why the front desk person gave us that room as they knew the heater had an issue with room 105. Felt bad for my family

I am very comfortable when I stay at this location as I have said before rooms are always very clean. The beds are very comfortable and the shower is amazing as well. I always get a good night sleep and have no complaints.

We went through the entire check-in process online and then the front desk was asking us to do it again like they had never received anything and I had to remind him that we were sent the info prior they charge $100 per room for a deposit which is astronomical for the state of the rooms That’s over half of what we paid for a deposit. The breakfast that they talk about is nonexistent.
