Wake up to birdsong and the gentle rustle of eucalyptus leaves, with direct access to walking trails and native bush land from your (literal!) backyard. Whether you’re seeking a peaceful getaway or an adventure-filled escape, this is your gateway to the best of the region.

Inside, the home is spacious with beautiful bushland views ideal for families and groups, featuring:

- Four generous bedrooms to suit couples, kids and friends
- Open-plan living and dining areas with large windows framing the natural surrounding
- Full kitchen for simple meals or casual entertaining

Access to the property is easily accessible from Hovea Place, with a short private driveway to the property.

As our guest, please enjoy access to the entire property (except one locked storage cupboard on the ground floor).

Undercover parking is available for 2 cars, with enough space for a further 2 vehicles.

Direct bushwalk access is available from the back door - please enjoy this safely and respectfully for the local wildlife and neighbours.

We love hosting guests who appreciate the peace and tranquility of the Blue Mountains. To ensure a comfortable experience for everyone, parties, loud gatherings and excessive noise are not permitted. Quiet enjoyment of the property and respect for neighbours & wildlife is essential.
