This place was in dire need of renovations. The room smelled and the shower was dirty. You could hear everything as the walls were paper thin. I could hear the person in the next room snoring! Checked in on a Saturday and had no service to my room not even clean towels s I checked out Tuesday. This dump is stuck in the 1970’s in every way. Stay somewhere else!

It was cocroach in my room , in the bathroom, at 12 A.m in the morning. I didn’t like the place. Usually if it happens to someone, they have to return your money. Even they didn't offer to me, they told me either i can switch my room or leave the hotel , i didn't have a car. Where should i go at midnight.

Only reason I'm giving this place a hight review is for Tiffany, from the first encounter Tiffany made us feel comfortable she was very personable and she was hands on running back and forth making sure we were comfortable despite a few issues. The first issue was the remote was not in the room so we called Tiffany and she quickly gave us a new remote. Then the iron also did not work and again we called Tiffany not wanting to cause her inconvenience she ran and got us a new iron, wanted to air-dry my hair in the morning and the blue dryer did not work(not reported as we didn't want to bother any longer and it wasn't a big deal). She apologized and reminded us she would run to Cater to us for whatever we need it. She was really the highlight of this place. Thank you for your humor and for being so attentive. The place could use some upgrades to the equipment but the service we experienced was seamless.
