Welcoming our cosy & modern 1 bedroom apartment in the heart of Worcester, with free parking for one vehicle, that sleeps up to 4 people!

Looking to stay in Worcester for work, need student accommodation, in the area for the Worcester Christmas Markets, Worcester Races or to get away on a short break holiday with the family.

Worcester University (5 minute walk)
Worcester Crown & County Court (3 minute walk)
Worcester Racecourse & River Severn (5 minute walk)

The Tything restaurants are just outside the apartment, including ‘Ounce’ that has amazing steak.
Fuego Restaurant for Italian food.
Rajkot Restaurant is a top rated Indian restaurant definitely worth a visit.

If you want to stay locally for the nightlife in Worcester, there are many bars on the Tything which is a 5 minute walk from the apartment.

Just a little further down from the apartment as you are walking into Worcester town (10 minute walk), Worcester Foregate Train Station is located here. As-well as the well known restaurant ‘Hanbao’. A little further away is Worcester Cathedral (15 minute walk).

Please note: To access the flat, there is one flight of stairs.

Living Room:
As you walk in the apartment, there is a spacious comfy living room, featuring a real effect electric fire & a bay window for people watching overlooking Worcester town. There is a large L-Shaped Sofa in here (that is also a sofa bed) as well as a coffee table & lamp.
There is a Smart TV for watching free view, streaming apps, including ITVX, All4, YouTube and Netflix.


Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need. All appliances including fridge-freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher & washing machine..
We also have a microwave, toaster, kettle & coffee machine, for you to use at ease.
Help yourself to the tea and coffee!
There is a dining table and seats in the kitchen, also a real effect electric fire to create a relaxing environment.

Bedroom 1:
In the bedroom, there is a bay window letting in lots of natural light. You will find a king-size bed in the bedroom, bedside tables, lamps, a mirror and wardrobes for you to hang your clothes. There is also an office desk and chair in the bedroom.

Bathroom:
The family bathroom is well-appointed, with a large bath, hand basin, mirror, towel rail and WC.

There is easy access to the flat via the front & back of the building.
