A clean, welcoming hotel!

We were 4 friends traveling to visit one of our mothers in a local assisted living facility. This hotel was spotless and clean. The staff was incredibly helpful, above what you would expect from hotel staff. We were all very pleased with our stay and would definitely stay here again.

I checked in with my daughter, the lady at the front desk gave us (2 black women) a room at the far end of the hotel with a supply closet on one side, an elevator maintenance room on the other side and directly across from the housekeeping supply room. The nearest other guest room was 50 feet down the hall and separated by a connecting hallway and a conference room…. Racism

This hotel is definitely the best in the area. The breakfast is top notch, the customer service was excellent, the pool area is a little small but definitely does the job. I would highly recommend staying here!

We have stayed here before and their breakfast is wonderful. Only problem today at check-in is they didn’t have my reservation because my name was listed under Junior not my last name! Is this an Expedia issue, a Hilton snafu, or a communications problem between you and Embassy Suites? Otherwise we are happy.
