It was the worst place I've ever stayed in my life. I can not even explain how dirty, old, and stinky this place was. It was a nightmare. Like living in a Saw movie! I literally felt I'm character in the Saw movie, and living in one of John Kramer's traps. The staff were nice, but the place should be a Hollywood horror film location. Nasty and dirty.

One of the worse experiences ever. Flight was delayed so I called hotel to notify them I would arrive around 2am. They say no problem. I arrived and their computer marks me as a no show and now the desk person cannot assign a room to me because it’s now the next day. Clearly the hotels fault. After trying to override the system he gave up and just gave me a room. One would think after all this they would give a decent room, now I don’t expect anything great from Extended stay, but this was the most stripped room with paint coming off, holes in the drywall no amenities and definitely a smoking room. At this point, now almost 3 am, I was just happy to have a bed. Customer service needs to drastically improve.

Carlos was super awesome. So accommodating and friendly. I was a bit of a Karen about the initial room we got and he without hesitation showed us another and made it happen in minutes... this man needs a raise!

I honestly should’ve asked for a full refund, but it probably would’ve been a waste of time. There were a lot of bugs, both alive and dead, in the room, I found stale potato chips scattered all over the floor and I had a pup with me, so all of these things already, bad. The toilet leaked from the bottom as well (I had not used the shower or anything yet, this was as soon as I walked in and looked around to check the room for things my pup could find). The room also reeked of fresh paint and the floor was not vacuumed. A good majority of the guests staying there were very off and too in your space, so I mostly hunkered down in my room and only left to walk my pup outside. I truly wouldn’t stay here again nor would I recommend it, I only stayed here because it was last minute, and I have been to wayyyy better extended stays in other locations.

Worst ever

Took three rooms to find one that could be endured. First room the television and lights did not work; second room, the kitchen sink had standing water with an enormous amount of congealed grease and chunks of food stuffs, resembling vomit. Additionally the bathroom sink and tub were filthy, but the tv worked. The third room, while not sparkling clean could be tolerated. The TV worked but the phone did not so we could not call the front desk to get the missing bath towels, also the hair dryer was missing. The front desk apologized but it remained the worst condition anyone in my party has ever experienced.
