Housekeeping is supposed to come every other day if your stay. I was there for 4 nights and no one came to even change out towels. When I requested towels from the front desk employee, she apologized and then added us to the next day schedule. Again, no one showed up. Since it was the last night, it was at the point that it didn’t matter so we left the trash outside our door because it was overflowing the small basket. When I checked out, I mentioned that no one came and all they said was oh, I’ll make a note of that. Very disappointing.

We have stayed here for college move in and move out this past year. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms and a great breakfast. Nice gym and pool and convent to all the local schools. Highly recommend.

Rooms on the side of Prescott Street has a lot of traffic noise, so we wore ear plugs. The rooms were extremely clean and spacious. We would definitely stay there again.

Worcester visit

Both Michelle and Mia were excellent employees. They made checkin very easy and helped me in any way they could on the days I was there. The selections for breakfast were great as well.
