The towels were out in the pool area and consequently there was water all over the ground but they brought some and mopped. Just seemed like a really small towel cabinet for the size of the hotel. Family suite was great and comfy. Pull out couch was comfy for the one person who slept there. Great family place. Good breakfast in a beautiful dining area.

Hockey family

Place seemed new, updated. Rooms comfortable and good size. Was a little disappointed when trying to book room directly with Hyatt and was not very competitive, so booked through Hotels.com for better value and rewards program. Took a while to fill the hot water dispenser, another staff member just brought out two hot waters rather than having us wait another 15 minutes. Beds were comfortable and location was convenient to a lot of food options.
