There apartment has recently been updated and finished in a modern style with artistic flare and home-touches to ensure that you are guaranteed to have a marvellous stay.

Entrance hall -
On accessing the apartment there is an entrance hall with a coat rack and shoe rack.

Kitchen area -
This kitchen is equipped with a sink, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster and tea, coffee and sugar are also provided. There are a few condiments also available.

Living/Dining area -
There is a comfy sofa, a smart tv to relax after a long day, plus a dining table and chairs.

Bedroom 1
The main bedroom has a double bed, it includes a wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables.

Bathroom
In the bathroom there is a W/C, shower and hand basin.

The property is accessed from Pierpoint Street - a side street off Foregate Street. The entrance door has grey double doors which are accessed via keypad. Once in the building go to the end of the corridor, up the stairs to the first floor and the apartment will be directly ahead of you. There is a key box to the right of the apartment door, all codes will be provided on the day of your arrival.
