This detached villa at MarinaPark Beach Resort Soal is ideal for families or groups of friends looking for a relaxing stay by the water. With the beach nearby, plenty of space inside, and the charming town of Workum close at hand, this is the perfect place to make lasting memories together.



Space and light for six

The 70 m² villa is cleverly laid out with three bedrooms – two with comfortable box-spring beds and a third with a bunk bed, perfect for kids. The master bedroom features a private ensuite bathroom, and there is also a second bathroom with a spacious walk-in rain shower, plus a separate toilet for extra convenience.

The cosy living room includes a seating area with TV, a dining table, and large windows that bring in plenty of natural light. The modern open kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob with integrated extractor, combi oven, and dishwasher – ideal for relaxed cooking together.
