The open kitchen is modern and complete, equipped with an induction stove with an integrated extractor, a combination oven, and a dishwasher—everything you need for effortless group cooking.

The three bedrooms ensure comfort for all six guests. One bedroom includes a private ensuite bathroom, while the other two rooms share a separate, luxurious second bathroom featuring a walk-in rain shower. A separate toilet adds extra convenience. This villa truly excels in outdoor living. You can enjoy the fresh air in the spacious yard, furnished with a lounge set and a dining table, or retreat to the large roof patio, complete with lounge chairs—a wonderful spot to relax in the sunshine or enjoy the evenings.
