Thanks to the high windows, the 70 m² house feels wonderfully spacious and light. The nice living room has a wonderful sitting area with a TV, a large dining table, and a modern, open kitchen with a combination oven, a dishwasher, and an induction stove with an integrated extractor.
The two bedrooms both have box-spring beds, and they both have a private bathroom with a rain shower. There is also a separate toilet.
Outdoor living by the water
Outside, you can enjoy tranquility in a spacious yard of 300 m² with a dining table. Perfect for a long summer evening or a morning with coffee in the sunshine.
