The host was ready to help when I needed something. I was a little discouraged when I first saw the outside of the place because it looked rundown compared to the pictures I saw but the inside was nice and exactly what it looked like in pictures. I had a little trouble with the internet at first because it was connected to the wrong one but she was very helpful and I was able to figure it out with her help
