Spectacular location, views and interior: This 100 sqm dream loft is just north west of central Amsterdam, right on the Zaan river, and was recently renovated to high design standards. A former rice warehouse, it is sited on the water, with no street traffic, just river boats. The loft is spacious, bright, quiet, and has a dedicated workspace, fully equipped kitchen, designer furniture, large bedroom and bathroom with high end fixtures. It is the perfect location for those who want to be near Amsterdam as well as beaches, boating, biking and nature walks in largest wetland preserve in Europe at your doorstep. Gym, Pilates and yoga studio are in the adjacent building. There is free onsite parking, amenities, supermarkets, and speciality shops in walking/biking distance. The train station is a 7 minute walk, 4 bike ride, and 20 minute train ride into Amsterdam Centraal. Driving to Amsterdam takes about 23 minutes.
