The room was lovely and the staff were more than helpful. The food in the evening was disappointing, we order the smash cheeseburgers and when they came out they were just standard burgers. Apart from that it was a good place to stay

The member of the team that delivered my check-in process is a credit to the establishment. Unfortunately I did not catch her name, but she was efficient, informative, & relaxed. I received a free upgrade, and the room was excellent. Plenty of tea & coffee, a very large, very comfortable bed, spotlessly clean, and felt very secure. For the price I paid (£58) on a Saturday night it begs the question, why on earth would someone decide to stay at a Premier Inn, Travel-lodge etc. Really enjoyed the stay, would highly recommend.
