Sandpiper Suite 206 is one unit back from the ocean front end of the building. The balcony offers unobstructed ocean views overlooking Stone St. located on the second floor.
This condo unit includes one bedroom, one full bathroom, 644 sqft. Fully equipped kitchen, open concept dining area, living room, "bunk bed nook" with two adult size twin beds, & washer/dryer. Relax and unwind on your balcony with views of the ocean. Take a dip in the pool overlooking the beach. Park your car in off street parking and walk to everything. There is assigned off street parking for 1 car only. No extra parking, any extra vehicles must be parked in public paid street parking.

Each unit is individually owned and operated. As such, Ultimate Property Management does not have any control over the building and its operations.

Convenient, safe and relatively clean but not well maintained. The bathroom sink is too slow, kitchen overhead light is out and the bedroom lamp was not fully working. The bed frame has a sharp exposed corner.

The parking was was disappointing only one parking spot each room should have at least two spot with pay. Elevator on both end of the building was out at the same time not a good idea
