This luxurious and stylish apartment, designed in fashionable beige and white colors, can accommodate 4 people. Its atmospheric interior will provide an excellent atmosphere and a well-deserved rest. The 33 m² apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom. The living area equipped with a comfortable sofa bed and a flat-screen Smart TV is a perfect place for rest and relaxation. There is also a balcony with garden furniture, where you can enjoy a cup of aromatic morning coffee and make a good start to a new day. The bedroom has a double bed, a dressing table with mirror, which can also be used as a desk for remote work, and a spacious closet. The kitchenette is fully equipped with kitchen utensils and appliances necessary for preparing meals, and a table with chairs - ideal for communal meals and gatherings around the table. Lavish amenities and a fully equipped apartment with the necessary kitchen and bathroom accessories ensure a comfortable and hassle-free stay. A complimentary set of toiletries (soap, shampoo and shower gel), as well as towels and linens are provided for a good start to each visit. In close proximity to the building is the Center for Performing Arts (350 m), which will certainly appeal to lovers of avant-garde art.
