Ok, but they lie about "free parking"

Apartment is quite ok. Nothing extraordinary but nothing bad either. Building had a recent fire accident. You cannot use the balcony because it's base is not safe. The only big problem - offer lies, there is no free parking around and the owner makes some silly excuses about it. Be aware!
