For shared use: property, garden (not fenced) with lawn and trees. Children's playground. In the house: central heating system. Central parking spaces. Supermarket 800 m, bus stop 200 m, grass beach 400 m. Marina 400 m. Please note: suitable for families. All houses/apartments are individually designed/furnished. The entire sport, leisure and family offer of the Cuxland Ferienpark Dorum can be used by the guests without restrictions.

Open kitchen (4 hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Gas heating. Upper floor: (steep stair) open gallery with sloping ceilings with 2 beds. Balcony furniture. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Super sauber und alles da was man benötigt!! Super nette Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption!! Einziger Negativpunkt war der Hund in der ersten Etage, der täglich ab 7:30 Uhr laut am bellen war! Und WLAN ist eine Katastrophe

Leider nicht die beste Unterkunft

Zunächst fiel uns die leider nur sehr dürftige Sauberkeit der Wohnung auf. Unter abderem Staub unter den Möbeln und Haare im Bad. Der von vielen in Bewertungen angepriesene Hundeübungsplatz war leider auch ziemlich runtergekommen. Die Lage direkt am Deich war bis wir herausfanden das die Wege am Wasser Schutzgebiet sind und nicht betreten werden dürfen eine Enttäuschung. Der "Badestrand" war eine Wiese mit Betonteil zum Wasser hin. Das Bett im Elternschlafzimmer knarzte laut bei jeder Bewegung.

Nette kleine Wohnung mit Meerblick.

Die Küche ist sehr klein, das Wohn-Esszimmer aber sehr geräumig und nett eingerichtet. Die Empore mit weiterem Doppelbett ist nicht für kleine Kinder geeignet, da die Treppe nach oben eine art Leiter ist. Der Blick aus dem 2. Stock über den Deich direkt auf die Wesermündung ist super!

tolle Terrasse mit Ausblick

Die Terrasse und der Ausblick sind toll. Das Bad war leider schmutzig. Haare im Abfluss (Waschbecken und Duschabfluss), Boden nicht sauber. Keine Mülltüten, nicht eine Rolle Toilettenpapier. Die offene Empore sehr hellhörig. Liegt direkt offen über dem Wohnzimmer/Küche. Kochgerüche stauen sich in der Empore. Die Matratzen sind durchgelegen.
