Der einzigartige Ausblick und die Ruhe. Wohnung, Lage und Ausstattung sehr gut. Es wäre schön, wenn für den Transport des Reisegepäcks ein Wagen zur Verfügung stehen würde. Für uns ältere Menschen ist es beschwerlich das Gepäck in die Wohnung zu bekommen. Ansonsten können wir die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir sagen es ungern (wegen der dadurch entstehenden Konkurrez): Großzügige, komfortabel ausgestattete Wohnung mit dem besten Ausblick für maritim interessierte Menschen. Zu Vor- bzw. Nachsaison sehr preiswert. Toll die Nähe zum Hafen und den Bremerhavener Havenwelten! Wir waren schon oft da und werden auch wiederkommen. Nebenbei: Sicherheitstechnisch vorbildlich die Ausstattung mit Rauchmeldern, die innerhalb kürzester Zeit die Feuerwehr erscheinen lassen, wenn sie (die Rauchmelder) ansprechen.
