Orłowo 31 Masuria with Pool, Sauna & Hot Tub

Orłowo 31 is a beautifully restored farmhouse dating back to 1910, nestled in the heart of Masuria. Accommodating up to 10 guests, it offers a seasonal swimming pool, sauna, outdoor hot tub and a cosy living room with a fireplace. Surrounded by lakes and the Borecka Forest, it is the perfect place for family holidays and relaxing getaways with friends throughout the year.



The Space:

Orłowo 31 is a charming Masurian house that combines over a century of history with modern comfort.



The house accommodates up to 10 guests and features five comfortable bedrooms, a cosy living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine and plenty of space to spend time together.



Outside, guests can enjoy a spacious garden with a fire pit, barbecue and relaxation area. During the summer months, the swimming pool is available, while the sauna and outdoor hot tub can be enjoyed throughout the year.



Surrounded by beautiful lakes and the Borecka Forest, the house is an excellent base for hiking, cycling and discovering one of the most picturesque regions of Poland.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire house, private terrace, garden and the whole property. Free parking is available on site, with additional parking spaces located on a lot directly opposite the house.



Guests are welcome to enjoy the barbecue, fire pit and swimming pool. The sauna, outdoor hot tub and heated pool are also available upon request. To ensure everything is ready before your arrival, please let us know in advance. Pool heating should be requested at least three days before arrival, while the hot tub requires one day's notice.



Optional services include heated pool access during the summer season (150 PLN per day), sauna sessions (250 PLN per group), outdoor hot tub sessions (250 PLN per group), pet stays (250 PLN per stay) and hen party organisation (800 PLN).



The Neighborhood:

The house is located in the peaceful village of Orłowo near Wydminy, surrounded by Masurian lakes, forests and open countryside.



The nearby Borecka Forest is home to the famous European bison reserve in Wolisko, just 10 kilometres away. Lake Wydmińskie and the town of Wydminy are around 15 kilometres from the property, while Giżycko, known as the sailing capital of Masuria, is approximately 35 kilometres away.



Getting Around:

The easiest way to reach the property is by car. Free parking is available on site, with additional parking spaces located on the lot opposite the house.



Other Things to Note:

Check in starts at 4:00 PM and check out is until 11:00 AM.



Pets are welcome upon prior arrangement. Please keep them off the furniture.



Bachelor parties are not permitted. Hen parties are available only by prior arrangement.



Please do not use fireworks or confetti on the property and avoid eating in the pool area. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.



As the house is over 100 years old, you may occasionally hear the wooden floors creak, which is part of its authentic character.



Interaction with Guests:

Guests enjoy complete privacy throughout their stay. The owners do not live on site, but a local host will welcome you, hand over the keys and introduce you to the property. The Nestri support team is also available by phone and email before and during your stay to ensure everything runs smoothly.
