Gmelinstraße 28 b, Whg. 33, Feriendomizil Südstrand - apartment on the first floor with 2 rooms on approx. 44m² - non-smoking apartment - with separate entrance. Southwest-facing terrace with private beach chair and unobstructed view of nature and sun until late in the evening. A small south-east-facing terrace invites you to have breakfast in the sun in the morning. Living room with sofa bed and fully equipped kitchenette, bedroom with large built-in wardrobe and double bed, separate shower room.

Private parking in front of the house. Coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer in the cellar.

Here you will find everything you need for daily life in the immediate vicinity: Bakery, supermarket, butcher's shop, restaurants and a bike rental for relaxed mobility. The golf course is approx. 700m away. The popular south beach is approx. 300m away and offers various water sports facilities. The center of Wyk with its cafés, restaurants and stores can be reached in 5 minutes by bike or bus (bus stop in the immediate vicinity). It is also a nice walk for pedestrians, about 30 minutes, along the beach promenade, with views of the Halligen and the island of Amrum.

The apartment was extensively renovated in 2024. The bathroom has been completely renovated, with a walk-in shower and fold-down glass wall as well as underfloor heating. An illuminated vanity mirror is included, as is wall-mounted towel heating. Wall and floor tiles have been renewed, with the floor tiles also being laid throughout the living and hallway areas. The living room is equipped with new furniture and a new kitchenette. The kitchenette includes an induction hob with oven, a dishwasher, a fridge with separate large freezer compartment, an extractor hood and a waste separation system under the sink.

Unser Aufenthalt auf Föhr war wunderschön! Die Wohnung ist toll gelegen, zum Strand ist es nur ein kurzer Spaziergang, ebenso zum besten Bäcker auf der Insel mit super Auswahl an Brötchen und Kuchen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war außergewöhnlich gut, alle Informationen bekamen wir sehr frühzeitig, alles war toll organisiert und die Wohnung war gemütlich, sehr sauber und hatte alles, was man sich für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt wünscht. Wir würden sie bei einem weiteren Besuch der Insel wieder buchen!
