Angenehme, helle und gemütliche Wohnung mit Platz für 3 Personen. Die Sonnenterrasse ist gut integriert. Die Küche ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und mit hochwertigen Geräten ausgestattet, jedoch ist die Arbeitsfläche sehr klein. Man sollte die Steilheit der Treppe zur Wohnung berücksichtigen. Nicht jeder Hund wird die Treppe laufen können, bzw. ist die Treppe für fußkranke Menschen ein eher größeres Hindernis. Da sich die Wohnung im Dachgeschoss befindet, heizt sie sich generell recht schnell auf, lässt sich durch die vielen Fenster aber schnell durch Stoßlüftung regulieren.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Lage ist gut: Man erreicht den Südstrand schnell und der Stadtkern ist auch gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Da das Haus in einer Seitenstraße liegt, hat es eine sehr ruhige Umgebung.

Die gemütliche Wohnung ist hochwertig eingerichtet und verfügt über eine große Anzahl von Küchenutensilien. Es ist ausreichend Platz für zwei Personen mit Hund. Abstellmöglichkeinen für die Fahrräder incl. Hundeanhängers im Gartenhaus sind vorhanden. Die Entfernung zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strand usw ist kurz, auch eine Hundefreilauffläche und Waldstücke sind sehr nah. Dennoch wohnt man in einem sehr ruhigen, gewachsenem Umfeld. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Wohnung immer wieder nehmen.
