Sehr gut war die Strandnähe, allerdings war es auf dem Balkon der Wohnung 5 sehr zugig, egal woher der Wind kam, so daß wir tzotz gutem Wetter kaum dort sitzen konnten. Es fehlte eine SchutzwAnd zur Straße.
