Das Haus liegt inmitten von großem Baumbestand, was bei Hitze von Vorteil ist. Die Ausstattung ist neu. Es funktioniert alles sehr gut. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr günstig. Hundefreilauffläche, Bäcker , Eisverkauf und Strand sind fußläufig gut erreichbar. Auch gibt es einen Wasserspielplatz in der Nähe. Dort findet man auch Food Trucks für das leibliche Wohl. Was will man mehr.
