Good road access on the A11/A47 can lead you to the coast or National Trust properties, The Broads or over to Great Yarmouth/Holt and beyond. Norwich is 20 mins away. The house is well suited to family's or friends, in the summer time you can sit outside in the covered area and relax or chat.
