the floor I was to stay on was under renovation and desk clerk expected me to accept room. I had to ask for another room. The crew didn't put up plastic to keep dust from entering hallway. Desk clerk also asked me for my credit card for incidentals which I have never been asked before. I will never Stay at that Comfort inn ever again

Took way too long to check in. The computer wasnt working. Someone ellse was disputing false charges to their card and gave us a warning to watch our card. Was also told the internet was not working and needed a reset again. Difficult time finding our room as we had to walk around outside to locate the room number. Room was not clean! Dog poop on the floor. We left and are unable to get a refund. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Luckily we found other lodging after a long search. Expedia shoul be ashamed of yourselves. We requested a refund due to conditions not because we changed our minds!

We were disappointed in this hotel. It was rated 8 and was nowhere near that. The area had garbage, piles of dirty towels. The shower was barely lukewarm. The nightlight next to the bed did not work.

I tried to cancel this reservation over a year ago when our plans changed. The only hotel chain we have ever booked with which denied a refund with that much notice. Speaks very poorly of Wyndham and this property’s management in particular.

Eat at their restaurant. Excellent. Wished they served their breakfast. Expecting a buffet with hot foods like eggs,bacon, sauage, pancakes, etc. Got microwave jimmy dean biscuits, packaged oatmeal, fruit. Choose because they advertised as hot buffet breakfast. Technically they fit but just barely. So disappointed especially after eating in their excellent restaurant the night before.

The room had some serious flaws that were literally painted over. The towels were dirty, the faceplate of the light switch was dangling and the room sign used to be 148, but they took off the 4 and used a sharpie to make it a 3. The breakfast was stale muffins, bruised bananas, apples, and frozen biscuits (two were there, not enough four the 4 people we reserved for). It was the middle of the night when we checked in after driving for hours, so we stayed and hoped for the best because it definitely gave murder documentary vibes.

Upon checking in, we noticed there was black mold in the bathroom of our room. Also the common amenities like coffee, toilet paper etc was non-existent (had to go to the front desk to get it) The girl that was there on day 2 of our stay did try and move us to a different room but upon inspection of that room it too had black mold in the bathroom
