Checking at the front desk was good. The room condition was good unfortunately the room when we entered the heat was not on the room was maybe 50° if that we turned the electric heat on at the air conditioner heating unit and it took probably 2 or 3 hours before the room was up to a reasonable temperature very disappointed. Please don’t check people into rooms that are not warm and heated in the middle of the cold winter Breakfast buffet was great. Enjoyed the pancake machine & muffins. The hotel was good ! disappointed in the room heating.

Upon entering our room there was an overwhelming ? chemical odor that almost took our breath away! It wasn't paint, or carpet shampoo, but very stringent.? recent extermination? I checked areas i'd heard they like to hide, but didn't see anything. The room was not heated. It was as if they don't heat the rooms until the customer arrives and turns the heat on themselves- to save $? It was so cold we had to leave our coats on until we heated the room up- and we prefer cool- keeping our thermostat at 65 during the day and 60 at night. My husband said the room couldn't have been more than 50! We left our door open the first 30 mins in an attempt to air it out. It did get slightly better, but we could still smell that chemical odor all night. We thought about asking for another room, but figured they would all smell alike as it seemed to be a treatment of some sort. Room was very outdated. Had the stated amenities, but the fridge had a leak and the cabinet it sat in had a pool of water in the bottom of it. Tub/ shower unit was very old with screws visible and had either been painted in the past or it's coating was in need of repair/replacing as iit was visibly peeling off. The walls in the bathroom were in serious need of repair as the spackle job was awful and screws were exposed everywhere! The floor in the room wasn't very clean. The one thing I will say is that the bed was comfortable and appeared to be clean. Breakfast was not as represented in pics. Will not stay again.

The room was clean but just because their billboard says pet friendly doesn’t mean you won’t have to pay for your pet to stay! Once you register, they charge you $15 per dog each night. Just wished they put that on their billboard!

The hotel is not very clean, there was a lot of dirt and hair behind the mattress. We slept with our clothes on and didn’t bring anything in that we didn’t need after reading other reviews. Staff was friendly.
