Narcisa Farmhouse is a designer finished property up to luxury standards. The charming, south-facing, house of character is situated minutes away from the lively village square (pubs, restaurants, a Catholic church, pharmacy and minimarkets are present here).

Sleeping 6 in 3 separate bedrooms, one of which has ensuite facilities. All of which are located on the ground floor, and having good sized living spaces, it caters for family groups, whilst ensuring privacy for everyone. A sofa bed is also provided for 2 additional guests in the living room (extra charge applies)

The main attractions of this wonderful farmhouse are;

- a very spacious and stunning private pool area with deckchairs that can be accessed from the living room and an interconnecting separate bathroom,

- a roof terrace with a fully equipped kitchen / BBQ (gas cylinder provided), dining area and outdoor sofa to unwind with wonderful distant views;

- an entertainment/cinema room with a 75" TV, sound system, 1000+ movies and international channels and a gaming console.

- seasonal outdoor heated Lay-Z Whirpool Spa/Hot Tub (Oct - May)

Bedrooms configuration on the ground floor:

- Double Bedrooms x 2 (one of which with ensuite)
- Twin Bedroom (2 beds) x 1

(Twin beds can be adjusted to double beds on request. This is subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing at least 1 week before the arrival date)

The AC units are available with an electronic coin system €1 & €2 coins installed at the property with a screen to display the credit remaining, each AC unit consumes around € 2 per night.

The main doors on the facade are monitored by 2 CCTV camera for safety and security. No other recording devices inside or deck/terrace.

We will also provide all bookings with 1x dishwasher tablet and 1x washing machine tablet per night of your stay.

Maid service is included when you book for 8 nights or more.

Malta Government Eco Tax

Kindly note that the price does not include Malta Eco Tax, we are required by law to collect it on arrival from all tourists, including locals from the age of 18 and over. The tax is € 0.50c per person for each night spent on the Maltese Islands. Capped at a maximum of €5 per person for each continuous stay. This is paid locally in cash only and collected at check-in by one of our staff.

This farm stay offers its guests a hot tub, barbecue grills, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
