Mi estadia en Xalapa

Me llamó la atención que los empleados eran poco amables. Solo como ejemplo: pregunté donde se podia cambiar dolares a pesos y no sabian. Sin embargo cambie en Elektra a 50 m del hotel. Pregunté donde habia una lavanderia y me indicaron que no sabian. Me parece que esas cosas basicas el hotel deberia tener para informar a los visitantes.

Es un excelente lugar para descansar en Xalapa, el edificio es muy bonito y el personal es súper amable, resolvieron nuestras dudas de la mejor manera. Lo único que faltaría sería un poco de mantenimiento en las habitaciones, ya que la habitación en la que estuvimos el seguro del baño no funcionaba bien y tal vez televisores un poco más grandes.
