Cute house! Easy check in and all amenities you might need. Host was quick to respond when we needed help with the thermostat. It was a comfortable stay close to everything we needed.

This house was perfect for what we needed. We came to bike the different paths converging in Xenia. There was plenty of room with very comfortable furniture, a tv in every bedroom plus a tv in the living room. The refrigerator had filtered water which was an added bonus since we had to fill several water bottles everyday. Parking in the back made it easy to unload everything without having to do steps. Both patios provided a nice area outside to relax and enjoy the weather. We stayed 5 nights and the owner checked in with us to make sure all was going well. Having family moving to the area soon, we would love to come back and stay here again!

The location was good for bike riding on the Little Miami Trail. There were no wine glasses so we had to drink our wine out of coffee cups. There is only one shower. Not even enough for the five of us, much less for the ten that the place advertised.
