Great stay in a cosy home

Lovely decorated home, with 8 sleeping places, a big table, a bathroom with a nice shower and a seperate toilette. The neihbourhood is calm and child-friendly, with a playing field nearby and a bakery within a 5 minute-walk. Right before the house you can sit on the porch and play in the grass. In the kitchen you can find every utensil you need. Also a big oven. The beds are okay, but the matresses might need an update (and the bunkbed is a bit too wobbly). We really enjoyed the wood burner.

Un véritable coup de cœur ! Un séjour absolument magique : le chalet est un vrai cocon, chaleureux, confortable et décoré avec beaucoup de soin. Dès l’arrivée, on se sent plongé dans l’esprit de Noël, comme dans une parenthèse enchantée hors du temps. Tout était réuni pour passer des moments précieux, en famille, et repartir avec des souvenirs plein la tête. Une adresse que l’on recommande les yeux fermés et que l’on espère retrouver un jour. Très bon petit séjour chez Rosa (4 nuits) Personne à l’écoute .Chalet très bien situé, nous allions au lac à pied.Seuls bémols, pas de torchons pour la vaisselle ni pour les mains et l’éclairage inexistant sur la terrasse.Nous aurions voulu manger dehors, (location en Août) mais avec un petit apéro tardif ce n’était pas possible.Nous gardons quand même cette location en tête où nous étions très bien!

Chalet très charmant à mi-chemin de La Bresse et de Gérardmer

Le chalet est très chaleureux, propre et spacieux. Il peut accueillir facilement 8 personnes dans de bonnes conditions. La cuisine est très bien conçue et la salle à manger très chaleureuse avec son banc qui va ravir les enfants. Très bien localisé, à mi-chemin (compter 15 mins) des station de skis de La Bresse et Gérardmer. La commune de Xonrupt-longemer est aussi paisible et l'on peut faire de belles ballades autour du lac. Il faut prévoir des draps et serviettes parce qu'ils ne sont pas fournis ainsi que assez de quota internet parce qu'il n'y a pas de connexion ce qui est dommage. La communication a été rapide et facile, tout à été fait à distance. Très bonne adresse, je louerai à nouveau pour une saison de ski.

Parfait emplacement pour ce joli chalet tout à fait fonctionnel et bien équipé. Propriétaire et intermédiaire réactifs et à l’écoute (j’avais manqué l’information liée à l’absence de draps sur le descriptif, et quelqu’un est rapidement venu nous dépanner. Un grand merci! 😉)

Erreur d'annonce

Même si le chalet était agréable, l'annonce, elle était trompeuse car il était noté 2 salles de bain alors qu'il ne comporte qu'une salle de douche avec une douche vétuste ou il nous a été dit par la personne qui nous a reçu que la douche est fragile, le mitigeur nous vient dans les mains lors que vous prenez votre douche, les parois sortent des rails. Avoir 2 salles de bain était primordial pour nous car nous avions une personne en situation de handicap avec nous. - Les appareils électroménagers tels que croque monsieur, appareil à raclette sont de très bas de gamme. - Serrure de la porte d'entrée défectueuse - vaisselle ébréchée ou cassée - aucun voilage aux fenêtres... Aucune intimité Lorsque vous faites part de votre mécontentement à la propriétaire, celle ci est de mauvaise foi car elle a tout de suite modifié son annonce et ne souhaite faire aucun geste en fonction du désagrément suffit notamment pour la salle de bain manquante, alors que la dame qui nous a reçu a dit je pense qu'elle fera une geste car moi à sa place je le ferai. Nous ne louerons plus celui-ci et sommes très déçus de la propriétaire qui se permet de vous envoyer un mail en vous informant qu'elle ne fera aucun geste car la somme payée par nous même n'est pas la somme qu'elle perçoit par Abritel. A bon entendeur.
