Premium room has a nice and comfortable king bed! Food options are excellent most of the days at the buffets and you can try different resorts which is good. Italian and steakhouse are the favs.

Stayed for 7 nights overall good experience. Clean property, beautiful, good food only at Buffet and Sea Food Restaurant. Beach is nice as well , but too much seaweed still was hard to enjoy the water. All extra activities pictures that advertised is EXTRA COST , if you have teenagers nothing here for them to do or you have to pay extra .

The hotel is big and full of things to do for families. Many of them you have to pay extra for, so not really all inclusive. The staff looks like they don't want to work there, not friendly at all, at least most of them. And because we buy the trip through Expedia they wont do nothing extra for you, they just said talk to your agent.

I love the fact that you could get everything you needed on the resort. You did not have to leave for any kind of souvenirs, and they were very well priced.Food options could have been great. Property was beautiful and very clean, the only issue I had when it came to taking showers. There were no face towels to wash your bodies available too you. Had to be a certain member to be able to have one, and they tell me, I did not qualify..

Been here about 5 times over the years. Every time it gets better. I don't think I have ever seen any resort of this size and quality before. Everything you could want for a deluxe Caribbean vacation including foods drinks, room service, included mini bar. Clean, safe, relatively quiet.

The ac stopped working & maintenance couldn’t fix it. We booked several months in advance for a specific part of resort & they moved us to another location on their own; without notice. Very inconvenient!!!! The staff was not very helpful in this situation either, did nothing to try to make the situation better.
