And at the foot of Snowdon, Llanberis, 8 miles, boasts a lakeside and mountain railway as well as a slate museum and huge range of outdoor activities. Snowdonia’s most exciting activity is within easy reach, Zip World Velocity, is the worlds longest and fastest zip line which sees riders fly solo through the skies at over 100mph.
