Fantastic family get away!

Very well designed resort for dog owners. The resort is big and it is still expanding. It offers several dog parks and pools for all dog sizes. We love it and will be back soon!

もう泊まることはないです。

部屋に入った瞬間、犬臭ではなく人間の皮脂？油臭い様な異臭で驚きましたが、トイレやお風呂に長い髪の毛や陰毛なども落ちたままでとても不快でした。また床に滴が落ちた際にティッシュで拭き取ったらあまりの真っ黒さにびっくりしました。こんなに汚い床に愛犬を歩かせるのは抵抗ありました。とにかく休まらない部屋です。いいのか悪いのかわかりませんがフロントでチェックインして鍵をもらったらあとはそのまま放置状態で、どこにいるスタッフも決して感じがいいとは言えません。価格に見合っていない宿泊です。周りにもリピーターが全くいないので納得でした。

とにかく広い。その中に犬と過ごすための施設がたくさんある。原則、犬と一緒に利用できないところはない。ドッグランやレストラン、ショップが複数あり、人も犬も充実ひた時間を過ごすことができた。

いつもうちの小型犬が、大喜びでドッグランやじゃぶじゃぶ池を楽しんでいます！また、四季の小径も楽しくお散歩できます。部屋のベッドにも犬を上げて良いので、リピートしています！ 唯一不満なのは、ワンコのビュッフェでしょうか…ビュッフェというには少なすぎ。選んだものを食べないため、結局家からフードを持参する必要があります。

もう何回目か分からないくらい宿泊しています。 去年、気になった天井のクロスが張り替えられていてしっかりと営繕をしていると感心しました。 本当に、ペットファーストなお気に入りの場所なので、あえて気になった箇所をお伝えすると、浴室の浴槽に浸かった時に見える場所の清掃もしっかりすると良いと思います。 毎年行くたびに施設が増え、食事の場所も増え、過ごしやすくなって他にどこにも行かなくても施設内で十分楽しめます。
