Located just 5 kilometres from Yackandandah and 20 minutes from Beechworth, Karalilla is a recently renovated 1911 homestead surrounded by a beautiful cottage garden on 18 acres in the tranquil Ben Valley.
With a charming and relaxing atmosphere, open fireplaces, and wrap around verandah it is perfectly situated to unwind or take advantage of local events, visit local wineries or the snowfields.

The house, being 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms caters to large groups, with three bedrooms having ensuites. There are three separate living rooms/spaces, an office/workspace and outdoor dining area. The kitchen has recently been updated with stone benchtops, a Belling gas stove (electric oven), two new fridges and walk in pantry, perfect for entertaining.

Whether you’re looking to explore the region or simply relax, as a group or as a couple Karalilla provides a wonderful experience.
